INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Dried tapioca pearls
- A litre of water
- 440 g Brown sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- 5 Teabags Black tea
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 500 ml of water and the tea bags to boil and let it cool to room temperature
2. Dip the tapioca pearls into 240 ml of water and boil for 20 minutes
3. Now pass the water with pearls through a strainer
4. Take the strainer (containing the tapioca pearls) and hold it over a bowl
5. Pour the sugar syrup over the strainer containing the pearl sand add little hot water over it slowly.
6. Take the black tea in 1 and add to the mixture above.
7. To serve, divide the pearls in two equal glasses and add ice cubes to the glasses until they’re a half full. Fill the glass with the bubble tea in 6 above and shake or stir before you drink

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp blacktea leaves Fullteaspoon of black tea leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 1-2 tbsp Sugar or Sweetener If needed
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add water to a saucepan and heat on mediumflame. Take sugar and add to the water while stirring from time to time.
2. Bring the water to boil and add the best black tea leaves as you stir while on medium flame. You can choose Lipton black tea or any other. Leave to boil for 2 minutes.
3. Turn the heat on low flame and allow for infusion to happen. Cover the saucepan with a lid and leave for 2 minutes.
4. Strain and serve hot.

- Ensure to turn the heat on low. It allows the tea to infuse properly.
- We advise that you cover the pot for the taste and flavor to be intense.
- You can use your sweetener of choice but in moderate amounts.
